Do You Want To Champion Better Access

to Childcare Across Regional Australia?

In regional, rural, and remote communities, the lack of accessible childcare is one of the biggest barriers keeping skilled women out of the workforce. At the same time, many women are ready to step up and be part of the solution, they just need the tools to get started.

We’re raising funds to take Nurture to Numbers national! The first of its kind business skills & education workshops designed specifically for women in the who want to start their own in-home care, in venue care or family daycare.

These workshops will provide step-by-step support to help women turn their passion for children into a registered childcare business, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and resources they need to succeed in their own towns and communities.

Your donation will also directly support:

Tools and Start-up Support

Offering tailored funding assistance so women can invest in the essential equipment, qualifications, and tools needed to deliver high-quality early education and care within their communities. These investments create meaningful self-employment opportunities while expanding access to flexible, locally delivered childcare options for regional families.

Breaking Down Barriers

This initiative is also designed to support women who face challenges accessing employment due to their own caring responsibilities, geographic isolation, limited digital access, or financial constraints. By addressing these barriers, the program helps participants build sustainable businesses that strengthen families, communities, and local economies.

A Connected Future

The final phase of the project will see the launch of a new digital platform designed to make education, training, and business development more accessible for women across regional and remote communities. The platform will provide online learning, practical business tools, and one-on-one mentoring to guide participants through every stage of establishing and managing their childcare service.

It will also serve as a central hub connecting families with approved educators, streamlining access to quality early education and care, and breaking down the geographic and administrative barriers that so often prevent families from finding the support they need.

Together, we can rewrite the future of regional Australia, are you in?
